Infertility: The Silent Struggle
Hey Ya’ll!
I’m Natasha, and this is my husband Josh. We’ve been happily married for just over 5 years, and have always known we wanted to have children…3 is our magic number (I think). Most likely because we are both the oldest of 3 siblings in our families [we each have 2 younger sisters], and we’ve turned out alright I guess😆
I love being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and spreading the word about infertility to raise awareness in an effort to break the stigma around this terrible disease.
Thanks for visiting! I hope you find this blog as place that can help you feel less isolated, more supported, and if nothing else…a place to vent to someone who gets it!

About Me
My husband and I were married on July 19, 2018 in beautiful Estes Park, Colorado; literally our happy place [and location of the picture you see here]. I was born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia, and lived there for 26 years of my life. My husband was born and raised here in the mile high state, and is a proud Colorado native. In 2012, I made the trek out west and have called Colorado home since.
I’m a special education teacher, and heading into my 10th year teaching this fall. My husband and I started our TTC journey a few months after our wedding, in February 2019. We’ve had quite the roller coaster ride; including miscarriage, multiple failed IUI’s, medications, injections, surgeries, IVF and 2 failed frozen embryo transfer (FET). In sharing our story and my thoughts about infertility, I hope I can bring some comfort to your own silent struggles on this wild ride of infertility and TTC.
When I’m not spending time with my wonderful family and husband, I love hiking with our fur baby Tango, reading about anything that allows my mind to escape, researching new recipes, and finding ways to empower all of the silent warriors out there ❤
